Show some useful information on statusbar of firefox, such as the memory usage of system & firefox itself, network speed, etc.
Requirement
You maybe should have Microsoft visual c++ runtime library installed in your system to make the extension work properly.
That will help us to determine when to restart our browser and computer. The reason we do that because to gain the speed back. Refresh the memory.
Another things that least you can do to reduce Firefox memory usage is by uninstall inappropriate add-ons, or disable it if you not using it. :)

And I thought I am the only having problems with FF memory usage
I have also many addons installed but is eating lots of RAM
