Digi EDGE for RM30/monthly!

I’ve been Digi EDGE user nearly 5 month now and so far my experience with it is very good. I can even level it same par with my Celcom broadband eventhough its a 2.5G connection. But the stability beat the crap out of Celcom Broadband. As a student I’ve to look thoroughly all my expenses. RM66 monthly for EDGE is affordable for me. But I did find some look around to cut down my bills. One thing I can do is subscribe a supplementary data line for EDGE. Supplementary data line will cost me another RM33. The total cost will be RM66 + RM33 = RM99. The idea was to share the bill with my friends by giving him the supplementary sim. So that means I’ll only have to pay RM50 monthly. After a while I’ve found out that data package the one that I’m subscribing now can’t have a supplementary line. So much for the planning. Sigh. . .

Digi only allowed supplementary line for voice plan postpaid customers.

But that doesn’t stop there. Recently I’ve stumble something new from Digi (well its new to me atleast :p). Digi ’senyap2′ released their student prepaid packaged named D’ Campus. I guess this will be a rival to Celcom Upax and Hotlink Youth Club eh?

Guys, watch out for scammers out there. Try to understand what’s a real deal and not. I was surfing the local forum the other night and sadly I’ve found there is lot of people are being scammed. Even on clear case. We are easily blinded by nifty offer. But you’ve got to wake up!

This is to remind all of us including me, whenever you making a transaction please double check the seller profile and previous buyer. Take some time investigate his/her background. Do some homework. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Try to avoid full deposit if you can. Meet up the seller personally. It’s better that way. :)
