Yes, we are left far away behind compare with our neighbours. It’s because Malaysia Telecom which is of course government subsidiary company, is monopolized the broadband scene! We need a new player to make it more competitive. Malaysia Boleh! Tmnet Boleh Blah!

why malaysia broadband sucks ?
(1) bad customer service
(2) example: apply 512 pakage but dint get that speed [happen to 90% broadband user in malaysia]
(3) service is too slow even pay bill too [when wait 1 number also need to take more than 10 minutes to solve.
(4) now days malaysia broadband tech alwalse ignore their customer when if broadband got problem
actually alot more problem about malaysia broadband service.
